Does the AOG request-fee waiver include repairs?
No. It waives the $75 normal-hours request fee only. Diagnostic and corrective labor, parts, travel, mileage, and other costs remain separate.
Are annual inspections included?
No. Elite can include a planned annual-inspection mobilization allowance. Annual labor, discrepancies, travel, parts, and extra mobilizations remain separate.
Do benefits apply after hours or on holidays?
Normal-hours benefits and discounts do not apply after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Separate rates and minimums apply.
Is aircraft availability guaranteed?
No. All work is subject to capacity, scheduling, safety, and parts availability. FleetReady is designed to improve planning and coordination without promising guaranteed uptime.
